Do you have any tips for someone who can't get to sleep? Even old wives tales would be interesting, at least~ ♥

I haven't been able to sleep for nearly a week. I don't have any reason to be so awake~ How troublesome.

I'd put some catchy lyrics here, though at the moment the only ones I can think of go 'la la la la la la'~

Oh dear, I can't seem to get to sleep~ And I usually do it so easily. Perhaps I should go get a glass of warm milk, I'm sure it couldn't hurt.
